I have an Esty shop and I sold a piece of jewelry to a customer that happens to be an acquaintance. Along with her order I gave her three different mini samples of some homemade soap I make. I shipped her package the same day she ordered and she received her order within a few days. She left me a great five star review in my shop stating fast shipping, how much she loved the item and thanked me much for the extra's. She was definitely looking forward to buying again. Well a week later she contacted me and wrote me a message telling me how AMAZING my soap samples where and were the best exfoliating soaps she's had in a long time and is excited to purchase more. I responded with how grateful I was for her positive feedback and how much customer service means to me and asked her if she would be so kind to leave a review on my shop in reference to her experience and she agreed with no hesitation. Ok sooooo, that was like two months ago and she still hasn't left me a review. The feedback I get on my shop is extremely important to me for future sales. Here's my issue....... Should I contact her to ask her if she can still write the review for me? I really don't want to embarrass her if she forgot nor lose her as a customer. I need help and opinions!
